VERY quickly!
We made it home last night about 12:30 without any problems. By the time we unpacked the car, fed Isaac and got the kids into bed, it was about 2am. Not much sleep last night as Isaac is used to the nurses constantly putting his pacifier back in his mouth 24 hours a day. We're in the process of breaking that habit. (Please, if you don't agree, keep your thoughts to yourself). Jason left for work around 9:30 this morning.
A visiting nurse came this morning to check on Isaac and all is well. He'll see his pediatrician for the first time on Friday.
I think we finally found a bottle and nipple that works well for Isaac...now it's just getting out to buy like 5 more along with some other stuff we need...like creamer for my coffee!! Thanks to a good friend of mine who delivered some staple food items last night. Very helpful!
I'll do my best to keep you up to date!

We miss you already! Congratulations on going home -- now try to enjoy being a family of four. When you find yourself wondering if you can do this, just remember that you are a GREAT MOTHER and you can trust your instincts. Just look at Hannah if you need a pep talk -- she is thriving despite the challenges of the past few months.

Hey!! Just checked and now I know how things went and what is going on. Like I said before are you pinching yourself to make sure this is real?????
Is Isaac eating on demand at night or are you having to wake him to feed him? I thought about calling you this afternoon but decided not to as you might have a chance to get a nap in and I did not want to wake you.
I will give you a call this weekend when Jason is there that way he can pick up the slack while you are on the phone.

SO VERY VERY COOL!!!!! You don't know me but I have been following your blog. This is all the Christmas gift one needs. I am just sitting at my computer in tears of joy for you. I am a adoptive parent as well and the joy is absolutely beyond words. Thanks for being so open and honest about your journey. I will pray for you faithfully. I am beyond excited for all of you.

Love the pictures and especailly of Jim and Isaac. Needless to say he(JIM) was a big help in the travel plans. We all wish that we could have been there and done that meaning Nana, Gram and Papa. But PTL for Grandpa "JIM"
WOW!! we are all looking forward to new blogs but probably not as often. Hey there Tiff you have nothing to do other than watch soaps (?) etc. Sleep and just catch up. Well there are all of those out there that know better and are praying for you and wishing you every thing that there is with you in "Christ". We all know that life is not that simple but we can wish/and just believe the "LORD".

Glad to hear you made it home safe. I'm with you on getting rid of the pacifier. Both my children were attached to them at they did crazy things to their teeth. My son was the worst he carrier like four of them around all the time until he was three, my daughter gave them up at two. Luckly their teeth moved back in place, but if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't even give my babies a pacifier. You may have a few nights of crying but in the long run it will be all worth it. God's Blessings to you and your family during this holiday season and for many years to come. What a wonderful Christmas gift your family is finally home!!!

Welcome home!! We adopted our 6 month old from Taiwan and they had constantly shoved a pacifier in her mouth 24 hours a day. Every little whimper she made, they gave the pacifier. It was the first bad habit we broke. She still takes the pacifier at bed time, but doesn't have to have it on demand and we for sure do not run to put it back in her mouth!!. Merry Christmas!!

Ahh, the pacifer! I wish my husband and I did that broke our kids of us running and getting it! I'll keep you in my prayers that Issac will adjust good for you and Jason so you'll all be able to get some sleep at night! I am so glad you are home at last...
What a wonderful Christmas present having your entire family home for Christmas. I have been following your blog for a couple of months now, and Issac has come so far. He is a beautiful little boy, and his big sister is adorable. I will continue to pray for your family.
